Minimum order of 4 shelfs.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Euros (€), VAT is exclusive. VAT is NOT charged by THE GYMSHELF.

Payment - For Businesses

1. Down Payment: A down payment of 20% of the total order value is required to initiate the production of your custom-made GYMSHELF. The remaining balance of 80% will be invoiced upon installation of the GYMSHELF(s).

2. Full Payment Option: Customers may also choose to make a full payment at the start. If you opt for this, the total order value will be invoiced upfront.

Invoice Terms: Invoices must be paid within 21-days from the date of issuance. Late payments will incur additional charges of a late fee of 10% of the total invoice amount per every 21-days late. 

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer and PayPal. Details for the bank transfer will be provided on the invoice.

Payment - For Consumers

Must be paid in a one-off payment through the stripe page.

Delivery & Installation

We aim to have your orders shipped within 24-hours of confirmation. 

Please ensure availability at the confirmed delivery point and time; otherwise, THE GYMSHELF will return another day at the consumers expense. 

Warranty

We provide a 365-Day warranty covering defects in material and workmanship to the shelf only. THE GYMSHELF will replace the shelf, provided the shelf broke within 365-days of installation date and was allowed to cure for 72 hours before use.

Refund Policy

SHELF: Due to the nature of our custom-made GYMSHELF, we are unable to offer a full refund once the production process has begun. Refunds will be processed for 90% of the original purchase price. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 21-days of receiving your invoice and return of the products.

BAG: Full refund within 21-days of delivery. Shipping at customers expense. Refund will be issued once bag has been received.

Data Protection

We collect and process personal data (name, address, phone number, email) to fulfil orders and provide customer service. Data is retained for operational purposes and managed in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Complaints and Disputes

For complaints not resolved directly with THEGYMSHELF, you may file a complaint with the appropriate authority or dispute resolution body.
